My girls started to show up around the time I finished vacuuming the living room. Nervous cleaner over here! I had a great afternoon with my closest friends, getting ready and celebrating together. We snacked and drank mimosas and, all things considered, had a pretty laid back time!

It was at this point, as well, that our incredible photo/video ensemble came over to capture the day's events.

Photography: Tony Gambino and the TGP team.

Videography: Drew Schrimsher (More words about Drew and TGP later on)!

Here I'll share more of the awesome photos from the "Getting Ready" portion of the day. First the girls, beginning with a couple honorable mentions.

Jacqueline Chavez absolutely killed it on my makeup! She was very tuned in to what I had in mind for myself and made me feel so confident and comfortable. She's professional and sweet, taking care of everything from set-up to tear-down. Even the little things! Jacqueline made sure we had the perfect lighting to achieve the best results, adjusted a portable fan so I wouldn't get too hot, and made sure my drink and my phone were within reach. She was accommodating far beyond my expectations and just really fun to hang out with too! I couldn't speak highly enough of her. Thank you, Jacqueline!

Brittany Moreno (much more on my perfect maid of honor and the rest of my amazing friends/bridesmaids later on) did my hair, of course! She did the color, the treatments, the additions (as if all that hair was real, come on!), and the styling. She has this one-of-a-kind magical power with my hair, and I'm so thankful for such a talented and willing best friend! Thank you, Bev!

Now the boys!

I definitely can't get too wordy about the guy's "getting ready" time. As far as I know, they all buckled their belts, tied their shoes, threw back a mimosa, and played ProSkate on their phones for the rest of the afternoon.

I loved seeing the photos of the guys, though. Each and every one is so special to me for so many reasons. (More on each of our boys later too!) I loved my look into Chad's day with his friends.
